Booking conditions

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

To make the reservation of BUNGALOW/MOBILHOME OR PLOT, the following conditions must be accepted:

-The reservation is personal and non-transferable and is considered firm, once your payment and deposit have been received.

-The period may not be modified, shortened or lengthened and must be paid in full.

-At all times the campsite reserves the right to change accommodation and offer another equivalent.

The payment and deposit will be 30% of the total stay and can be made by credit card or by bank transfer that must be received within 24 hours after the reservation. It will be necessary to send proof of payment to [email protected]

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your reservation due to illness, accident, death of the holder or companions or close relatives, always with medical proof. Also for reasons such as vehicle theft, caravan or traffic accident. For these reasons the following conditions will apply:

100% of the amount will be refunded (Except the reservation management fees, which would always be 10€) when the cancellation is greater than 30 days before arrival.

80% will be refunded (except 10€ management fees) when the cancellation is less than 30 days before arrival.

If the reason for the cancellation is none of the above but the notice is greater than 30 days after arrival, the amount received may be recovered to be used for another stay of the same amount or higher. It will be valid 18 months

If the accommodation is not occupied by the owner within 24 hours of the contracting date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled giving rise to the loss of the amount paid. The management reserves the right to re-contract the accommodation.

COVID-19 100% of the amount paid will be refunded (except reservation management fees, which will always be 10€) with prior notice of 48 hours to the date of arrival, for one of the following reasons:

-Mobility restrictions due to Covid-19 that prevent you from traveling to the campsite.

– That the holder or one of the companions of the reservation is diagnosed as positive for the virus or is in a quarantine situation (both cases will require a medical certificate)

Cancellations must be sent by email to [email protected], along with the reservation number and proof. Telephone cancellations will not be valid.
